Rep Power: 408 I would just remove front bumper. Uppergrill is held by screws and clips.
Check out DIY section for front bumper removal.

Rep Power: 303 1. pop hood.
2. theres two clips holdin the front bumper take them off.
3. theres a screw in each wheel well take them off.
4. then if you have a stock bumper theres about 3-4 clips on the bottom. you must get on your knees to see. take them off.
5. take bumper off.
6. theres 4 clips holdin the grill to the bumper and 2 lil screws. take them off.
7. put on altezza grill with the hardware that the stock grill was holding.
8 do everything i said in reverse putting the bumper back on.
enjoy your altezza grill.
