Not very much. The K20 is a pretty compact package and its all aluminum. I'd be willing to bet its about 100 lbs difference or less.
And it matters because of weight distribution... it puts more weight on the front of the car. The weight distribution in an RSX is about 70/30, the Civic is about 61/39.

Rep Power: 0 sick of people saying D17 is so inferior.. this is the first d seiries designed after the b series... bottom end all forged... what more do you want? open upo the head flow some and build motor.. see what happens.. BIG potential in these motors.. best SOHC ever made... by honda
