i got a quote a while back and it was right around 1g... but you're better off having the honda dealership do it for you. At least you know you are getting the same setup as in the OEM... just my 2 cents

Wouldn't your frame/body also be weaker since it was not made to have a sunroof?

i think the frame on the sunroof and the non-sunroof is identical, so the stress would not be a concern. It would be too expensive for Honda to engineer their sunroof and non-sunroof cars differently. Hell, it's too expensive for them to have a different chassis between our civic and the RSX

If you look at any part disassemblies for a regular top and the sunroof, you see they're the same...

Do it! If you know how, I would really really look around and ask real experts, if they are willing to leak some classified info. But do it, I was once interested too but got put down.

AR will become famous soon enough
Just buy a car with one already on it! At the factory they design and prep the parts for the EX with the moonroof/sunroof. No one ever wants to admit the factory is better, even better than going to have it done at your dealer.
