speedo help

hey guys...sometimes when im driving, my speed falls to zero and then jumps back up...what the heck is wrong with it? I checked the "cluster" fuse and that is fine. I was told it could be a clip/plug in the engine? Any ideas?

have you put any new gauges on? or messed with the wires at all..
my tack did that when I installed a shift light but the wire was not tape tightly. And the exposed wire hit metal.. it sends a bad signal to the meter.. kinda like 2 signals conflicting

go to a honda dealership and see if you can talk to a tech about it and maybe they will point it out to you, I think its on the front wheel hubs (maybe not?) and you should be able to find it at the dealership or maybe a local parts store (murreys. lee auto, napa, carquest) i dont know what the car shops are around you. But check yours first talk to a technician/mechanic at the dealership and just see if they can give you a minute go on like a saturday when all there doing is oil changes well good luck
