Thumbs up gsr motor

i know this question has prolly been asked but iw as unable to find it on this site as i was looking but will a 1994 gsr motor fit in a 2k2 civic lx??

i picked it up for real cheap
if anyone knows could u hook me up?

i have a feeling if it does fit its gonne require alot of custom mounts and thats ok plus if anyone knows where i can get those help would be appreciated

no it will not fit unless you chop your front end off push it out a few inches (maybe 6") then custom mount it back together. Along with a longer hood and new bumper. So pretty much forget the idea. Then you're gonna need new suspension cause the motor will overwhelm the front of the car. You could go out and buy an new RSX-S for less.

Why dont you just turbo your d17? Its a hell of a lot easier and puts down a good amount of power.

sorry man but no it will not fit.... not even a b16a will eighter.... just go for the ka-20 or turbo.. or better yet... sell the b18 and try to make a profit for a turbo fund or the ka

sounds like good idea but how much would the swap be without the cost of the k20 engine, caue i juss happen to got a hookup for an engine
