driving slow is bad for car!
For oils try out royal purple It's not supposed to oxidize as quickly as normal oils so that it lasts a whole lot longer. And you'll see performance gains from it too. I could tell the difference almost right away.

My gf's got that in her civic now and I will in about 800 more miles. So you could tell a difference right away? What did you use before that? and how do you drive? and how many moles are on your car? I ask because I want to know if there was any carbon build up before hand, in which case almost all synthetic oils get rid of carbon build up.
So you could tell a difference right away? Yes. The engine felt a lot smoother.
What did you use before that? Valvoline
And how do you drive? Don't always have the pedal on the floor but not your average driver either.
And how many miles are on your car? 37,500
I ask because I want to know if there was any carbon build up before hand, in which case almost all synthetic oils get rid of carbon build up: Not sure about it but there may have been some build up.

I would go with the factory plugs from Honda, presuming you don't have much done to it for preformance. And if you 7thgen, it a 1700cc, or so, I think it actually like 1685 or something.
