couple of screws and those clips hold in the original grill all visible and shouldnt be to hard to spot, and then the grill should slide out. as for instal time most of it would be dedicated to taking and putting back on the front bumper as swapping the grill only takes minutes, for me it was around 15-20 minutes altogether.

then you have the option of cutting the old plastic cover so that it fits and can go over the hood latch, me personally, i just left it off

Is easy fella. There are four visible black button/clip things at the top on the black plastic radiator part behind the grill.

Once you get the bumper off, the stock grill is attached on the inside of the bumper by 2 screws at the far ends of the grill, and four screws/clips (I can't remember which) on the bottom rim of the grill (the are on tabs that stick out).

I did the whole swap with the "Headight Clearing" DIY instructions, in less than an hour.

the back of the altezza grill is almost the same as the OEM grill (grill to bumper-wise). For the radiator cover, altezza grills are only compatible with sedan (4door) radiator covers.

Come to one of the local meets, and a lot of members will more than be willing to help you out.
