HP Header Problem!

I just bought a HP header of E-bay and I'm having some problems. I've searched the forums and could find any answersto my questions so I've posted this thread. First off, I have a 2001 EX Auto and I purchased the HP Stainless Racing Header with the cat eliminator. Looking at the header itself, thiers two bung(holes) for O2 sensors. The first is in the upper portion of the second pipe and the second is in the lower portion of the third pipe. The factory header only has one O2 sensor running to the header itself, so what the hell do I put in the second bung (hole)? I know I just left myself open for some funny comments, but I'm serious!
Second, the cat eliminator has a bung to place an O2 sensor. Since I'm eliminating the cat, won't this cause the O2 sensor to throw a code? I don't want to be driving around with my check engine light on 24/7. What if anything can I do?
Finally, has anyone actually bought the HP Stainless Header from HP Racing directly? If they did, could you please send the install instructions if there are any or can someone please explain how you installed it yourself? Thanks!

Here a pic of the header and a link to the ebay auction.

well I read ur PM and the above link is what I was going to send to you too.

yeah by plugging the 2nd o2 sensor in the test pipe or "high flow" cat.. the engine light will eventually go on.

you'll need to buy a universal o2 simulator.. which will send the correct o2 signal to your ecu.

umm.. search for o2 sim on this site, to find prices and sites that sell them. they run for about$50.

there's also another thing that works too, but I can't recall what the name was right now...

make sure you have all the necessary tools in the DIY above.

if you decided that it may be too much for you to install, you might want to pay or get some help.

Yeah dude, I have the HP Header but not straight from HP Racing. Bought it brand new from some kid here in Columbus for $200. How much did yours cost? Just wondering. Anyway, like Cap said, you need a O2 Sim or sometimes they're called a MIL Eliminator. Search for the 411...theres plenty out there. I still haven't had mine installed yet so the CEL has been on for about 2 months. BTW: Can anyone send me a diagram of a DIY install for the ECG O2 Sim??? I need to get that baby plugged in, but don't have a diagram.

yeah thats expensive.

they even use to sell it for under 200.

but the fitment isn't good on manual civics, so I didn't get it.

it fits okay on auto civics though.
