i really dont think is 2.25 because my cat back is 2.25 and its big compared to stock piping!

do muffler shops make custom piping as in could they forge a custom downpipe for you to connect to your shorty header?

they will most likely cut off the flanges on the lower part.. and put in their pipe and o2 bungs

well.. no.. the downpipe makes a hell of a lot of difference, just that if you go with a custom pipe from a muffler shop.. they are gonna use the old flanges.. which are gonna cause restriction
