fuel system info.
OK, Venom does make fuel injectors for our cars, they do fit and dont make the rail hit the throttle body like all other after market injectors. They will build them to any size cc that you want. I had mine built to 310cc. But i cant get my car to run with them it starts spazzing out and throwing check engine light, the light dont just stay on it flashes on and off. So i took them off until Venom opens on monday. Has any one else had this problem? One more intersting thing that i found out today is that any fuel pump for any model civic will plug into our plug, so any after market fuel pump will fit in our cars. Not sure if anybody knew this just thought i would share the info

They now spray more fuel than is required. The ECU reads the O2 sensor and it tells the ECU that the exhaust is rich in fuel. The ECU checks what it is delivering, and even though it is telling the injectors to open for the right time, things are not right.
The only way to correct this is to get your ECU reprogrammed to run the 330 injectors. What other mods do you have?

Maybe this is a stupid question to ask... but are you positive the AFC is tuned right? I have the E-manage, so I don't know what the AFC does. But I do know that you can tune the MAP sensor. But using the E-manage, it would be like this (for boosted vehicles)
You need to first and foremost make sure that the FPR is letting you deliver more fuel using the stock injector duty cycle. Than you have to tune the airflow output in the airflow map, so the MAP voltage is clamped at a certain voltage through a certain range. It should allow for the injector duty cycle to stay the same. Then all the fuel delivery should be controlled by the FPR into the return. If there are spots where you are running rich, you need to go to that spot in the airflow map, and make the MAP output a lower voltage so the injector pulse lowers (delivering less fuel)
That's how it should work in theory. I'm not a spokesperson for the E-manage, but the abilities of it are so much greater than an AFC. The E-manage has 16x16 tuning maps for Fuel, airflow, additional injectors, etc. It also lets you tune your idle range and ignition (doesn't work for our cars yet). It also lets you type in the size of the larger injectors, and automatically tunes the fuel/airflow map itself to accomidate the change. The AFC only let's you start tuning at 1000rpm at something like 1000rpm increments (I dunno if that's right). But the E-manage is like $350 for the unit and harnesses (299 for just the unit). It just seems odd that people go for the AFC when the E-manage has more potential. You should look into using it.
This is more or less general information for people, rather than directed at Atl01 (cuz I don't really know your setup).

Well, good news and bad news.
The injectors will help. And the rest of your mods will prevent fuel starvation. So you are almost there.
The bad news. You have to get your injectors properly controlled by a piggyback, new ECU (programmable), or re-chiped ECU. Andi fyou get a new ECU, the car can be totally tuned to run the best it possibly can. Maximized fuel maps, dialed in ignition timing, boost options, the list goes on...
Ditch the AFC, and spend the rest to complete a good package. I am sorry to say, you have spent a lot of money already, but a little bit more will give you the results you seek!
Me personally, I am going for the AEM. Easy to wire in, and all the options you can ask for. Hondata is good too.
