How do I.....

I'm wondering how the interior rearview mirror and the door latch trim piece come off. I'd like to paint them if i can figure it out.

I dunno . You can't tape the door trim peice off? Just an idea. I have no idea how to get the rearview off though. .

no i dont want to paint while its still inside......too easy to fvck up my interior.

dj pyrotechnics is an unknown quantity at this point

to remove the latch there is a plastic cover that you pop off and there are 2 screws under that.. remove those and it comes out with a metal wire that opens the door. just be careful popping the wire from the handle
