Actually as far as the instrument panel/gauges, I don't think there's really much difference between the SI and ex/lx/hx/cx gauges, mine just were white, if anything as far as gauges go, I'd rather have an em/es since you all have a much bigger choice of variety when it comes to new gauge faces etc... I think there might be 1 indiglo for the SI, but not much of a variety. The RSX has much nicer gauges than us though, they have all SMD backlit instead of Bulbs + 5mm LEDs. If anything I'd wanna trade my gaugse for RSX ones. Anyone know if those are compatible with civics? At least the base RSX has the same engine as the SI, wonder if they would work, and/or fit? Any idea?

Well that's my question, has anyone worked with both the Civic gauge cluster and the RSX cluster. I will do a little more research and see what's up with that. I mean, no offense, but alot of people would probably say "it won't work" for one reason or another, but I'm just looking for some more hard facts, especially someone who's done some work with the RSX and civic line... Unfortunately the RSX people haven't been that forthcoming with info about their gauges. I'll try and get as much info as I have about the SI gauges for people to look at.

The reason I think it may be similar with the SI is the base RSX has the same engine... Similar tach at least.

Where is the odometer reading kept? Just worried that if I were to swap out a RSX gauge it might lose my odometer reading?
