My birthday is coming up and i dont know whether I should get bigger piping for my exhaust or get cams and pulleys. I have a HKS rear section on my car and its not loud at all because my SRI is so loud. So my friends tell me i should get bigger piping, cause my stock piping is about an 1 inch or so. My friends also say that cams and pulleys dont do much, and you really cant feel the difference once its put on.
Both are better. A cam is inside the head of the engine, which spins and turns the cam gear. A cam gear is adjustable to increase top end power or increase acceleration. Sometimes you can feel the difference once aftermarket items are put on than when you are use to the stock pull. You just need to plan out what you want out of your car.

stock pipping is 1.75 inch..
and IMO, thats big enough for this engine, and simple bolt ons.
and IMO, cam and pullies are more waste of money than bigger pipping.
I think you should keep your setup. the extra pipping wont be noticable.
nor would the pullies, and definitely not the cam gear since its not a bolt-on power part.
