flip flop trunk gas struts?

flip flop trunk gas struts?

does ne one have an idea to get gas struts (not ure what its called) or acutators in to this mod? so that when it opens it folds out nicely? and smoothly like a way to get a gas thingy from the trunk to the lil metal frame hidge thingy.
ps i know my wording is a lil werid sorrie not sure what to call everything

I already got the flip flop part but I'm trying to get some atuators to open it now. Dunno how to set that up yet though, haven't really tried

Hmmm... yeah... should be able to measure that and shove some gas struts in there.

yea u think ne one do a good diy for them? or does ne 1 no where a site is to buy ummm?
