Garden State Honda is pretty grimey, but they can get the work done- over 30 techs and 2 shifts. DCH Honda is in a better area, but works about the same. One of our newer techs used to work there; not overly fond of him.

Honda dealerships thrive on "upselling" (selling services and/or repairs not needed) and hardly ever uphold warranties, where ever you go. the upside is that you'll be getting genuine parts

I used to swap my steelies on and empty out the car, before bringing my car in for any major work.

My dad is a manager at Clinton Honda in Annandale. They always get presidents award from Honda. You should always look for that from your dealer. You should stay away from Autosport Honda.
