2000 Civic H.I.D conversion question

recently i found that to convert my civic's headlight to hid i would need an conversion kit and some H4-9003bulbs, plez correct me if i'm worng. I was wondering do i need any projector headlihgts to focus the light coming out from the H.I.D? would the jdm headlight work well? any help would be greatly appreciated

H.i.d

The JDM bulb will not work with the kit however, the housing will. You do not need projectors though. Most H.I.D kits that you buy for a civic or Honda will work just fine with the JDM headlight housing. Also, if you buy the right kit for your car it will come with the bulbs, relays, and such.
