Hi, I am going to be buying a new car by the summer. And I love the 2003 Si. So I will probably getting it. My question is this. I heard a rumor that the type R will make its way over to the US in the summer. Is this true, or is it just a rumor? Because if that is the case, I will wait for that instead of the Si. If it is not true, then I am just going to be buying the Si.

Also, what is the difference between the Si and the SiR??

I haven't heard the Type R coming to US yet. The SI is US and the SIR is Canada, they are identical I think except the SIR the speedometer the big numbers are in KM instead of MPH.

There are rumors floating around that the US will see a CTR by the end of the year. I personally think that it's BS.

lol no its not a rumor. motortrend had an add about it coming to the US in late 2003. it will be priced around $18,000-$20,000.lease:
