Overheating, Help please

My car started to overheat and when I opened the hood the rad hose was disconnected . Attached it and put more fluid in to make it home. Once I got home looked at it again and it has detached again. Any thoughts, should I replace the thermostat?

Go get a clamp to put on the the hose where it connects so it wont come off. The reason why you are overhaeting is because it comes off and the coolant drains out.
