Re: Civic driver's seat pain
I'm 5'7" and with the stock seat I was a couple clicks back. With these I have 'em set all the way forward. My 5'2" sister has trouble reaching the pedals.. haha. She bought a lumbar support thing at Fry's Electronics and she said that helped "boost" her seat to let her reach the pedals comfortably.
As far as rear adjustment, if you slide 'em all the way back, there's an inch or 2 between the seat back and the rear seat bottom cushion. If the person in the front is sitting all the way forward, there's plenty of room.
Cliff's notes: It's been a while since I sat in an OEM seat, but the adjustment is about the same, just sits furthur back about 4-6 inches.
PICS! lol.. getting good use of my camera lately thanks to the forums

P.S. When I went to buy these seats, I had a set of recaro/tenzo seat brackets/sliders but due to an eBay transaction mishap, I didn't get the tenzo rally's I had intended to install. I had every intention of buying Recaro Sports, but I sat in the Monza's and they were just as comfy, and cheaper, so I bought those. The shop fab'd the brackets/sliders to work with the sparco seats, but I don't believe that changed the F/R adjustment.. Just food for thought.

Re: Civic driver's seat pain
thanks for all the pics. thats my only problem with racing seats is they dont go forward nearly as much as the oems. i had corbeaus before and while i could drive comfortably in the closest position, many others could not reach the pedals lol. i loved how low the seat was tho compared to oem.

Re: Civic driver's seat pain
haha.. yup. like I said, my 5'2" sister has a hard time reaching the pedals and I'm 5'7" and that's perfect for me to reach the pedals.
No problem supplying the pics, either. I have nothing better to do.
