I have an 00 civic ex i currently have a phillips 6000k HID kit installed in the stock housing. Im thinking about upgrading the housing to projector headlights. does anyone know if k2motor.com projector headlights are any good?

Please i need help because i don't want to blind oncoming driver with my HID but i don't want to spend money on cheap projector headlights either. If anyone knows where i could buy decent projector headlight please tell me. Thanks

they are all garbage. what you need to do is swap the crappy halogen projector inside with a real hid unit from bmw, audi, etc. thats what im working on now. dont expect to just buy those headlights and throw in hids because it will suck more than what you have now.

Yet again the master is right. Trust me bro you want to do a retrofit. Those projectors are as useless as **** on a bull, plus K2 is crap, before I knew about retrofitting I bought a pair of projectors from them and had a terrible experience, when I got them (4 weeks after the purchase) they were effed up so I sent them back and they took Jesus long to refund me, listen to gear on this one.

I have projectors in my 97 dx i like them nice n bright but my drivers side blinks until they warn up.

Thanks for the advice I don't want to waste my money on a garbage projector. Do you suggest I do a retrofit with my stock housing?

you can do that too, alot of projector will fit in but requires a bit more custom work and creativity to make it look good. check retrofitsource.com for parts, and hidplanet.com/forums for info.

Thanks for the advise bro. I think I'm going to do a retrofit on a projector headlight, what projector do u suggest buying I was thinking of the TL bc of the Bi-xenon low and high HID. Are you planning of doing a Post of the retrofit your working on?
