Typically how much is a new '07 Civic LX front/rear bumper

Some idiot hit my rear bumper yesterday and didn't know about it until I got out of work plus my front bumper already needs to be "sucked out" in the fog light area. So how much are bumpers approx?

I live near Philly if that helps.

check ebay, ive seen painted aftermarket bumpers (same as oem) for as cheap as $210 shipped.
