A/c transitor

Does any know where to find a/c blower transistor in 04 honda civic and does anybody know anythign about it (how it works, what's it for, etc.)? Any kind of help would be great.

i think if it goes bad, the blower motor will not turn. #7 is the transistor. and the blower is located just under the glove box where the cabin filters are.

Thanks, my a/c blower isn't blowin, will check to see if transistor reads anything. Aloha..
