Yea there actions are legit. Its just you having it shipped over and made to be u.s. leggal. thats where the cost is. I have a friend that was over there for 2 years with the army. He bought a skyline to have to drive over there. paid 9k for it. but having it shipped back and u.s. liciend cost him close to 15k. So now you see why it coat 40k or more over here to buy a skyline.
