I changed the plugs, forgot 2 plug wires, the car shook for a little bit, then quit. Hasn't fired since.
Replaced TB, checked timing, replcaed cap and rotor, coil ohm ok, three sensors in dist ohmed ok. volts at ICU.
Any ideas?
96 ex 1.6 SOHC.
Thanks!

Yes. I have checked the firing order.
I only pulled one of the plugs, but as far as I can telll, there is no spark on any of them.
It only shook real bad when I forgot to connect two fo the wires,

pull another plug and check to see if it is getting spark. If not, then I would check the rotor, cap and the coil. I would also check the wires to the distributor (from the ECU). If one is open or shorted then you can get no spark as well as the engine will not be able to control the ignition coil.

OK, we have tried other plugs and coil, all no spark. Will check other wires. By the way, are the marks on the crankshaft pulley the best way to check the tming belt. I replaced it and had a hard time deciding TDC.

With the distributor cover off, make sure that the rotor is turning while turning the engine with a wrench on the pulley bolt. If that's working then it is likely a wiring issue to the ignition from the ECU.
For timing, the marks are fine on the pulley. There is also a mark on the block under the timing cover for the crankshaft and the camshaft should be aligned such that the wording up is up and the two marks are aligned to the top of the head. For timing of the ignition, you should make sure you jump the SCS (under the passenger kick panel) before adjusting the distributor to set the base timing. This is important as the ECU will adjust timing continuously while you are also trying to adjust timing and you'll end up with an incorrect base timing.
