How you doind Guys, I have an 03 Ex Coupe with an automatic tranny. I want to put a manual tranny in. How would i go about doing this? Whats the best Tranny to get?

yeah same here... i have an 01 lx coupe that i wanna do switch from auto to manual... and i needa know how and how much? thanks for the help guys

dont bother, unless you can find the same engine, the same shape etc and do a complete swap.. you aint gonna be able to change the transmissions with out either an immense cost or just pointless efforts, nextime get the car you want!

its funny how they ask a simple question and idiots come with smartass remarks.....dumasses. look around and see if u can buy the parts you need from junk yards, ppl that are selling them, try and find the best bargain but make sure u dont buy a piece of junk. friend of mines spent around 900 and if u take it to a shop itll take a bout 3g's out of your pocket here in cali so u decide whats best for your budget and what u think.

yeah i been looking into doing the same thing. i bought my car cuz i needed one bad and didnt really have a choice between manual and auto so of course i get stuck with auto. but i have a b20b sitting in the garage with a 2000 gsr 5 spd tranny on the way that im giong to swap this summer once i get all the parts. i pretty much know what i need and am in the process of geting everything and its starting to amount to quite a bit of cash mainly becuase i need everything for the auto to manual conversion but i love my car and it will so be worth it its a 99 hx coupe. if anyone has any info on a auto to manual swap like this (mainly wiring issues i dont know much about that :S) it would be greatly appreciated!
