Ideas on these mods and suggestions

I have a 99 Civic EX v-tec 5 spd 100,000miles
it has Aftermarket headlamps and rims

Here's what I'm thinking and also what else is popular?
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
70mm Thorrtle Body (good size>? too big too small?)
MegaPower R/RR Exhaust (entire cat back no ricer! looking for nice iscrisp sound) so which one or other?
4-2-1 Headers? DC Sports?
Lower Arm Bars
Lower Control Arms
Strut Tower Bars
Camber Kits (sorry no clue, what are those?)
AEM Cold Air Intake
Is there Any computer tunning?? to get more power?

Possibly - Do i really need it? i think its unless i rebuilt the engine, no?
Camgears Yes/No ?
Camshaft Yes/No ?
Titanium Retainers Yes/No
Forged Valve what compression? Yes/No
Valve Springs?

delaware ait national guard is paying for it doubt i have to save up... at least not for college

camber kit is so you can align the car after putting lowering springs.

dont buy mods that will do nothing for you. I suggest getting a cold air intake, exhaust, some good looking mods. Youll be happy with that. Oh and you should get a short shifter, i had the Revo SS in mine and it was my fav. mod! Good luck!
