checking battery fluid
is this like a regular maintenance type of thing? cause the batteries ive had say do not maintain, yet i can pop the caps off the check the electrolyte levels. my old battery only lasted 2 yrs cause the fluid dropped too low from me never checking. im always doing my new battery every few months now and adding distilled water if it needs it, but how many of you actually do this?

Re: checking battery fluid
The eye on my original battery (3.5 yrs old) Was mostly yellow with just a small circle of green in the middle. Some of the cells were low (exposed but still wet)
I had not thought much about needing to possibly add to it until now.

Re: checking battery fluid
lmao, some battery have caps you can pry off, and see where the fluid is. should be above the cells but not completely to the top of the battery. and you can add distilled water if its low.
