Low beams not working

Low beams not working Hi guys. My headlights on my 2001 Civic won't work on low beam. The highbeams still work perfectly though. I changed the bulbs, checked the fuses, and the wires (that I can see) are connected...Is it the switch? Or something else? How easy is that to fix?

prolly the switch. there is a recall about it and all 01 civic is affected and some 02.
