I bought some today for my black 00 civic ex coupe. Im kinda sketchy about putting it on tho. I live in ohio and i tried calling the highway department to see what the specifications for tail light tinting and they had no clue what i was talking about... Im just sketchy about putting it on and getting a ticket or something. Anyone know if its possible to like barley charcoal them or what?

Do you have more information about what specifically you're talking about? Is it just a sheet of semi-translucent plastic, or a form-fitting clip-on plastic tinted shield?

you can spray it on in light coats, but it wont look as good since (more like dust and dirt since you are just spraying a lil bit on there). not really worth it and you should want the lights as bright as possible. insurance will also deny your claim if someone hits you.
