92 civic vx hp ?

so i have the stock 1.5L vtec-e engine
i was wondering if i have header intake and exhaust how much hp you might think i have?
and also am wonderng why my engine should redline at 7000 but redlines at 6500 instead
and the only engine code being thrown is heated o2 sensor

do the gauges show 6.5 or 7 as redline? if its an auto-tranny, it shifts before redline just for the hell of it.

it has a different gauge out of an ex civic so it shows to 7200
but i have read online that my engine redlines at 7000 and that is what every site says
but the car is a manual so i shift when i want
