Re: auto to manuel
how can you do such a big job if you cant spell the name lol
suspension you can reuse, youll probbably need at least 1 new axle...whats your location.
Sure you can sell your auto trans

Re: auto to manuel
What would they need to handle...the extra few WHP you would be putting out with a 5-speed trans?? Plus its an indirect relationship anyway. Sometimes you can get away with replacing one axle, sometimes you need 2. Axles for a manual and auto transmission are different in most/all cases. With the costs of the swap, ~$100 for new axles wont be a worry.
Re: auto to manuel
oh!! so all that will need to be done would just swap the transmission and change the front axel, then the other little things? then how much for the new transmision? i think i am having difficulty understanding.

Re: auto to manuel
What I think youll need, based on other swaps ive seen done
Transmission
clutch
pressure plate
pilot bearing
throwout bearing
pedals
shifter linkages
shifter assembly
clutch slave cylinder
clutch master clylinder
fluid reservour
axle/s (most likely 2)
mounts (probbably 1 maybe 2) sometimes they are different on MT cars
sensors
This is why I tell people to buy a stick car right away, its a lot less hassle...unless you get an auto for next to nothing
