Re: would you buy this?
i dunno. i personally would never buy a car that is that heavily modified... especially a civic for 13.5. for starters, why is he selling it?
Re: would you buy this?
yer why is he selling it???...
like modoman said... you buy an alerady modified car it takes the fun out of moding it yourself if you into that kind of stuff but for that price we might need some pictures to decide....

Re: would you buy this?
since its modded it wont be reliable as a stock car. something is bound to go wrong, no set up is perfect and once something goes wrong you will be stuck and not know whats wrong because you had no experience with the car. if you moded the car yourself when you break something, you usually know what it is right off the bat. just my .02 cent. you will save a lot of headache when modding your own car when something goes wrong. so i would not buy the car. plus their are plenty of nice cars that you can buy for 13.5 k other than a civic.

Like boosted said if it were my money I was throwing around I wouldnt buy it, its a bit over priced for what it is... If something broke in that turbo setup and you didnt know what it was you will be looking at a bit more than $13500 in the future... but in the end its your money, and if you know your way around an engine bay maybe its not such a big risk...

Well, the pictures look alright as for the outside. But I agree with the other guys, if you buy this car, an you didn't wrench it you might have a hard time knowing what's going on. For example I sold my Mazda several years ago, with a ton of wiring being the dashboard. Now, if he ever opened it up he would think it was a rats nest of wires, but to me I know what it is.
If you really want to buy this car, make sure that you have a place to take it. Like, a place that has experience with b18's and turbos.
P.S. I would lowball his ***...tell him you'll give him 10,000. Everyone always asks for more then they know they'll get, and then everyone that buys always barters for less then they know they'll get it for....

Re: would you buy this?
too much money for that car. 400whp for what he has is low numbers especially for the price. you can buy dsports eg hatch for less and it is a much nicer set up with fresh paint and making 680whp.
pass it up easily

Re: would you buy this?
despite the fact that he claims to drive it daily, i wouldn't exactly think a 400+hp civic is going to be achieving high miles before major maintenance is needed... keep that in mind...
