any regrets??
hey guys i am currently parting my car and selling it for an 02 or 03 SI. no matter what car or color or anything, i am getting a huge discount because one of my really close friends works for autonation. anyways, is there anything you guys regret about the SI, or anything you could think of that would not make u want to buy this car?
i couldnt imagine there is anything...but just in case.

Completely different car from the Civic Coupe or Sedan, I can say this first hand because I owned a 02 EX for 1½ years, (purchased Nov 01, was totalled in June 03).
The Si is a far more solid car than my 02 EX, here's what I like about my Si compared to my EX: no rattles, wonderful clutch and tranny, engine has plenty of power to have fun with, handles nice, much quieter on the highway, more head room and leg room in the rear seat, very suportive seats, bigger moonroof, 4 wheel disc brakes, electric power steering, smoother ride. I think the smoother ride is due to Michelin Tires compared to those horrible Firestones.
About the only negative thing I can say about the Si is the fuel milage isn't as good as it was in my EX.

If you get a 04, I think they have a couple more colors, plus it will come with the 5 lug hubs, 16" wheels and some body mouldings, plus a bit heavier suspention. I wish I could've waited for the nicer improvments, but I still love my car.

ok, gonna buy one. now the question is silver or white?? If you're gonna lower it I would go 2" though, no less. 1.75" isn't enough as it will still look like it's sitting too high off the ground. Maybe some of the others can either back me up or debate this but that's my opinion I guess.

I do want to lower more eventually, with fullcoilover setup. I have about 1 1-2 finger gap all around.

i decided on white, and my original idea was getting bronze rims. i have to get a used one...i dont want to be flooded in monthly payments, otherwise i will be working just to pay for insurance and monthly payments.
i am thinking about getting the eibach sportline springs or the goldline springs...i think both of those are a great aggressive drop.
