Any 5w30 will be fine, I wouldn't use the cheap no name stuff personally. Maybe use high mileage oil if you're feeling fancy.

Colin is correct, the only rating needed is "API" (American Petroleum Institute). Nearly every oil on the market covers this spec.
But the top oils with the most research and development, due to their racing teams are (and not in order since they're all good)...
-Mobil 1
-Penzoil
-Total
-Castrol
But, for years I used two lessor known brands which were API certified, Formula 1, and Quaker State; both of which did the job fine.
................
I don't use Royal Purple because every other oil is the same colour, and Royal adds dye to their oil in order to charge more... lol.
But the top oils with the most research and development, due to their racing teams are (and not in order since they're all good)...
