Bolt that bad boy to the upper radiator support, right underneath your hand in the second pic.

Thank you! I recently had a radiator replacement so I suppose the shop forget this part haha

Not sure if this will help any since it's a 94, but should be a similar location.
But I also have one that comes off of the top of the tranny that goes to the frame
