Hey guys I know this is my first post but I'm really looking for some help.
I have a 92 civic hatchback that I did a motor swap on. The new engine is a 98 crv. About a month ago I was driving a little careless and slid off into a ditch (it was raining so it wasn't all my fault). Ever since then I've been experiencing a hesitation/bog about 10-15 miles down the road. I've cleaned out what I could with seafoam and replaced my fuel filter. Could this be an exhaust issue (it rides very close to the ground and the exhaust does hit)? Or would this be an electrical problem. Keep in mind that this hesitation only happens once I'm down the road about 10 or so miles.
Thanks in advance for the help!

I haven't checked the exhaust but when I said hit I didn't mean slamming every little bump I hit. Sorry for the confusion. It scrapes a tad going in dips or up into a driveway. Nothing major

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
