Civic HX transmission question

Civic HX transmission question
I have a 95 honda civic lx and a 98 civic hx. My lx is getting is getting pretty beat up and I would like to put the engine into the hx. My question is would the engine from the lx mount up to the transmission of the hx without any issues.
