02 civic ex Trans :(

So my transmission went out on my auto 02 civic ex at just 94,000 miles and it couldnt have come at a worse time! uggh! anyway my questions is, will a auto transmission from a 03/04 civic work in replacement?

if you want to build it yourself then yah thats what you need, but if theres stuff in the valve body then you mights have problems again. i would get a good used one and make sure you maintain it. do a drain and fill with fresh honda atf every 30k nevr use anything but honda atf.
