Here is Excel MPG Template
I found 7thgen trying to find out more info on instaling non OEM foglights for my 03 LX, manual, I got a few weeks ago. I also searched the web for an excel template to keep track of gas milage but found nothing I liked so I made my own. Then I cleaned it up a bit and fixed it so it would work with any starting milage. If you have MS Excel on your PC you can use this. Here is a screen shot to give you an idea of what it looks like.

Yes, that's what I have gotten so far with my LX. Each time you fillup, enter the date, odometer and gallons. Just enter the date and odometer on the first entry. In the notes section you can keep track of oil changes, tire changes, ect.
You know your speedometer and odometer are not correct if you are not running standard sized tires. You can go here to see how much this error is on the speedometr and odometer. Use the 'Compare Tire A to Tire B' option.
Tire Calculator
I made two versions of the template, US units and metric units. The calculations are the same, just the column titles have been changed. If something needs to be changed on the metric one to get the column labels correct, let me know. From what I know the odometer reads out in kilometers and you but gas buy the liter.
US Units - Civic MPG.xls
Metric Units - Civic KML.xls
