Rep Power: 428 I would ditch the exxon card and stick with cheveron gas because cheveron uses techron which is considered one of the best products to clean engine deposits. They use a small amount, but it will aid in less deposits in the engine.

Rep Power: 0 I used to use Chevron, now I use Mobil or Shell.
I like Shell, but I get V-POWER in my premium, hehe. that makes up for my lack of vtech y'o VPOWER!
I like all those, but I would keep Mobil over Chevron. Mobil is cheaper, and its good gas.

Rep Power: 787 or use fp60 and you don't have to worry about top tier. Its not that great of a thing anyways. They raised detergent levels, but its still low enough to build carbon.

Rep Power: 0 I'm still sore at Exxon because they never cleaned up their oil spill in Alaska. But I still buy their gas on occasion.
If you're a tree hugger, throw out the Exxon card.
I my self prefer Sunoco. There aren't many chevrons in my area, so I really can’t comment on them.

Which card gives you discounts for buying gas?
Which card gives you allows you to use it for auto related services at any service station?
Which of those cards allows you to buy gas, no matter where you buy the gas?
Would getting a low limit credit card, that offers discounts on gas, no matter where you buy that gas and the ability to use it for auto related repair emergencies, be of more help than a gas only card? No not selling a card, just giving you something to think about as an option.
Chevron if you just have to keep a gas only card...

Rep Power: 0 I use costco, 76, chevron, shell, or mobil only, whatever is cheaper (no arco, or other small brands though). I cant tell a difference between them.
