Key & Programming Northeast of Atlanta

I just picked up a 2003 Civic Si HB. It only had one key. I went on ebay and found a key for $15 shipped. It arrived today and even had the H logo on it. I called all the Honda dealers around Atlanta and felt raped just speaking with them about programming. I got quotes anywhere from $90 to $150 and all said 1 to 2 hours. I then chased down a locksmith I saw driving up the expressway and he recommended I call All State Locksmith in Duluth. I called and the guy quoted me $5 and 5 min.!!! He cut the key and thought he could use his clone machine. The clone machine wouldn't work so he had to hook up the ODBII to the car. That took all of 3 min. It took longer to cut the key. Anyway, if someone is looking to have key cut, I recommend these guys. Even though he had to hook up to the car, he stood by his quote and only charged me $5 for cutting and programming!!!
I got my key here:

Locksmith here:

I think the guy's name was Alan . I believe they normally charge like $30 for the car hook-up programming but just ask for a quote.
