Painting Automatic Shifter Hey guys! So I'm driving a 2002 Honda Civic EX Automatic and I want to paint the silver plate around my shifter. I can get as far as taking the center console out, but how do I remove the silver plate and can I take the gear letters out? Thanks in advance.

Looks like there are some screws and tabs holding it on.
