Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but what is meant by "clearing" the headlights? Is this about clearing up the lenses as they get cloudy? I saw the guide for how to take everything apart and put it back together, but nothing on how to actually make things look clear again.
Am I missing something?

It means to take the amber insert out of the headlight assembly
