2002 Civic 4 door front bumper fit on a 2 door?

2002 Civic 4 door front bumper fit on a 2 door? I bought a 2002 civic 2 door, and it needs a new front bumper. I bought a second hand one for a 4 door and a buddy of mine told me that the front ends are same between a 2 door and a 4 door. And I need to know if the 4 door bumper will fit my 2 door car!!! HELP!!!
