It requires a W2W license, lots of money and a car built to very stringent specs. No one here has done it. If you want to learn about HC, then READ (don't post) the RR/AutoX board on Honda tech.

I wanna get into HC when my car is paid off. I wanna get either a EG or EF hatch and build it up. I'd never run my car because it'd be in H1. Cars are way to expensive in H1.

H1... the relm of the S2000 and B-series swaped CRX's.... and some how the S2000s are still faster
SevenCyrus, if you want to get in to road racing, probably the cheepest rout is SCCA's Improved Touring classes. not the fastest cars in the world, but you can find an old IT car for under 5,000 With trailer pretty easily. either way your going to need a race licence

^ you'd stand a better chance of winning with the stock engine (H3? H4?)... but you'd go faster if you built it for H1...
SO its more of a matter of Do you just want to go fast around a race track, or do you want to win races.
