13.6 Brakes
1. The make and material of brake linings may be changed.
2. Substitution of clutch and brake hydraulic lines with solid metal or braided metal is allowed on all cars manufactured before model year 1992.
3. Alternate brake bleeder fittings such as "Speedbleeders" are permitted They may serve no other purpose.
Thats it....
So, technically if you change your rotors to brembo.... that bumps you out of stock.

damn... i need pads and probably a resurface job and honda wants to charge me an arm and a leg so i was going to upgrade to brembo blanks and hawk pads for the same price as the brake job.
well... if i decide to go ahead and get the rotors anyway, for STS would you suggest brembo blanks for powerslot slotted rotors? Axxis or Hawk?
