Hi!

Have drooled over the 4th gen Civic hatch since high school. Never really pursued anything because it just never fit with what I needed to be doing at the time. Now that I'm done with school and have a little time and cash on my hands, things have changed.

My best friend happened to be the owner of a pretty rough version of exactly what I wanted. It's a 91 Si hatch. She lowered it on some cheap wheels and put some exhaust work in, but I don't know much about it at this point. I know there's something wrong with it, her answer was "It runs, but not well" I remember trying to take it to school the one day I actually did ride in it. It was fine til we got fuel and then it stumbled all the way to school and back. It's pretty much sat since.

My friend decided to abandon the project, left it here and she moved. She gave it to me because she knows I'll build it to every hope and beyond of what she had. She gave me only one stipulation on handing over the project: there is a race where she lives and I have to participate in her honor lol.

To add to this novel, I currently drive a lightly modified Chevy Sonic RS 6m. I've tuned her, lowered, intake, shifter bushings.. uhm.. thats enough for the warrantied car.. I wanna have a car I can bend and break and learn and build it meaner and break it harder and repeat repeat repeat

So I'll be looking for advice and info on swaps, fixes, DIY, and how to even find the best parts for my current iteration of "The Bomber" which is the running name lol. (Yes, I am familiar with auto forums and the SEARCH button) I don't have keys or title yet, hope in a week or two to have those so I can get it out of the garage and even have a picture. Haven't laid eyes on it for 6 months.
