1998 ex

I'm new to this site and my honda. I have a 1998 honda civic(duh) ex model. I currently have the d16y7 ;( the y8 crapped out at 210000. I'm looking to drop some money inro it but not sure what is best and cheapest for civics. Love this car just want more outta it. Interior is kinda beat up, sun visors are tearing apart moonroof slider is stuck(not the window itself)the back seat won't. Stay down. All easy fixes to make nice. Then exterior, very small amount of rust on read quarter panel. A baseball size hole in front bumper due to hitting a deer pasanger headlight only works on bright bc of deer. But runs amaZing shifts amazing and trully looks good. But I want more any sugestions
