Like everyone said its nice but to much blue. I would spray the center console and cluster cover back to black and it would look alot better. Not digging the rims either but thats the way you bought it so its cool. Just needs some minor modifications.

It is very blue lol very very blue. Yes I'm missing a driver mirror an the driver fender is in need of being replaced. My future plans are to get another power mirror and fender then change some blue to black then maybe go forced induction if I can get the coin.

Sounds like some good plans coming up for the ep3. From the looks of it it still has the k20a3 and for force induction the k20a3 is a good motor for it to. The a3 is mostly put down and everyone hates it but for the past yr the a3 has been proving itself.

I have a few noob questions, first one is how do i tell if my i-vtec is working (please don't flame me lol) and whats the cheapest but best way to go forced induction? Ive seen everything from a 300 dollar kit on ebay to a 3,00 dollar kit.

yea, don't cheap out on forced induction. That's the fastest way to kill your motor. Do it properly. I'm not saying buy the best of the best stuff around. By all means, try and find the best deal on the best stuff.

You do not have true i vtec you have the economy version. The economy version is called i vtec-e. It engages at 2200 rpms, the difference in reall vtec and this is real vtec has 3 lobs on the intake and exhaust camshaft that engage the rocker arm to engage vtec, i vtec e has only 1 lobe on the intake and exhaust camshaft and only engages the intake side.

And do not buy the ebay turbos, get the real things which are like 2k and up. The ebay turbos are made crappy and dont hold up long and can cause major problems, I have seen it alot of times especially on the k series. the k series motors are far more complex as the rest of them.

if the check engine light is off, it means vtec is working properly, whatever its doing lol.

It'd throw the car into limp mode though if your vtec wasn't working.

That blue is tastefully done. I like it. Ditch the black tint on the tail lights, black gas door and re-thread the steering and seats with matching blue and call it a day. Buy a jackson racing super charger for forced induction. You can get a kit off of ephatch or crsx for fairly cheap.

I agree. Like I said, it's really blue, but I like it. I'd get some OEM tail lights and the rear bumper lights just to add enough contrast to break up the black and blue theme. Oh, and OEM emblems, too.. That's the only bit I saw a bit on the overdone side.

I don't know about the re-threading suggestion though. I think it needs a little bit of contrast, just to maintain a bit of the original Si red thing

Whatever you do don't buy cheap ebay crap! It's all cheap chinese knockoff stuff that basically has no quality standards and will fail and waste your money and possibly your engine.

awesome guys. yall are very informative thanks Yeah i was kind of hesitant with anything off of ebay, i mean theres got to be a reason it's so cheap lol. When the paint was done, it was done buy a guy from "Guatemala" if you know what i mean lol. That's why if it could be painted it was lol and done bad. My CEL is on but I'm not sure what code it's throwing, i cant seem to find my code reader lol. So the vtec in my car isn't like the vtec in older models? that might explain why i didn't hear the waaa noise in my buddys civic lol.
