Question about Morimoto Mini Retrofit?

Hey everyone,
Just bought a Silver 2002 EM2 with 92,xxx miles. I am wanting to upgrade the lighting situation and was looking at retrofitting.

This is the kit:

I was wondering if I have to use the H1 HID bulbs or can I use the regular H4 HID bulbs?

Also, if using the H1 bulbs and ballasts how does it connect to my stock harness from the old H4 bulb?

Thanks for the help in advance!

Re: Question about Morimoto Mini Retrofit?

H1 bulbs are the ones that fit into the mini's.

You need to also order a relay harness. The relay harness will have all the necessary connectors needed to plug your OE wiring into the new bulbs and into the projector's coil to activate the high beams.

Re: Question about Morimoto Mini Retrofit?

Okay that makes sense!

Let me make sure I am correct on this:

I buy the Morimoto Mini Projectors,

these bulbs and ballasts:

and finally, this harness:
http://www.theretrofitsource.com/com...l#.U1vgc1cvCJg

and I should be all set?
